越来越多的PCB生产商开始关注并尝试新的数码阻焊生产方式,数码喷印阻焊油墨的生产方式代表了未来的发展方向,但是由于传统的阻焊油墨为环氧树脂体系,而多数的数码油墨是丙烯酸体系,所以造成目前数码阻焊无法达到传统工艺的性能指标。迪吉英科数码阻焊油墨,采用和传统工艺一样的环氧树脂体系,即使采用喷墨印刷工艺也可以和传统的阻焊性能一样,可以完全替代,生产工艺更简单,工艺污染完全去除,可以实现全自动化生产,大幅度提高阻焊生产效率。
